The staff were exceptional, so welcoming and friendly. The decor throughout the whole hotel was beautiful and the rooms were so spacious. The food was also fantastic. The location was slightly out of the way from Chiang Mai centre however there were popular attractions nearby so depending on what you want to do here that doesn’t need to be a problem at all. Also a Grab to the city is cheap if you don’t have a motorbike/car.

The rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Swimming is lovely and great to swim laps in it. Initially we booked to stay for 3 nights, we extended for another 4.

Everything. The hotel decor is outstanding and every part of it feels like it was made with care. The staff are very friendly. I loved the large balcony in the room where you could relax in the sun or move in the shade if you wished.

Beautiful colors, pool. We had afternoon tea which was nice. Location was central to lots of things in Mae Rim.

The theme of the room is very unique. I like that the bedroom is separated from the living room.

Very accessible central location and close to many attractions. The property was spacious and had amazing decorations. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

close to variety of good restaurants and lots of sport activities in area room had fridge , wash machine and kitchen which was very convenient
